1. Ticket Cancellations by Passengers

Passengers may request cancellation of a booking before the scheduled departure time.

Refund eligibility may depend on:


  • The time remaining before departure.
  • Administrative and processing costs.
  • Applicable booking and payment service fees.

2. Missed Departures

Passengers who fail to arrive on time for departure may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Service Cancellations by SNB Luxury Coaches

If a trip is cancelled by SNB Luxury Coaches and no suitable alternative transportation is provided, passengers may be entitled to:


  • A full refund; or
  • Rebooking on a future service.

4. Delays

While we strive to operate according to schedule, delays may occur due to weather conditions, traffic, road conditions, mechanical issues, government regulations, or circumstances beyond our control.


Delays alone do not automatically qualify for a refund.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
